Reservations/ Booking Deposit
Wedding & Event Deposits The booking deposit of $250 reserves the date for your event.
Because of the high demand of popular days (holidays, Saturdays, spring weddings, etc.) it is recommended that you book your date as far in advance as possible. For example, Valentine's Day is generally booked 7 months in advance and holiday rides in December start booking in July.
DO NOT PAY YOUR DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH US TO MAKE SURE YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE

Cancellations done prior to 30 days prior to the wedding date will receive a full refund excluding the deposit.
Once we verify the date is available we will invoice you for the event. REMAINING BALANCE is due 1 week prior to your event.
